Dubai sales, rentals and buildings
The map brings together available recorded sales, rental records and building or project information. Coverage varies by place, period and source. A building marker needs a location match; the presence of a marker does not mean every transaction, unit size or bedroom count is known. Use the record count and available fields to judge whether a comparison is meaningful.
Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and Sharjah
NOBIAT’s regional data work includes project information and published market aggregates outside Dubai. Do not assume that every emirate has Dubai-style building-level sales or rental histories. For example, quarterly project totals or emirate-wide statistics cannot establish the sale price of a particular apartment. Some imported regional information may not yet be available in the public map.
Abu Dhabi coverage is not implied
A UAE-wide product name does not guarantee a searchable transaction history for every Abu Dhabi property. Check the actual records returned for the location you are researching. When a source or building match is missing, NOBIAT must show that limitation rather than substitute figures from another emirate.
Coordinates and identity
Names can have spelling variations, and several buildings can share a similar name. Coordinates may describe a building, a project or an approximate area. Before making a decision, check the project and community information alongside the marker. A point on the map is not evidence of a surveyed boundary or a verified entrance.
A practical property comparison checklist
Use the same sale or rental measure, comparable property types, bedroom counts, area definitions and periods. Read the number of observations and inspect unusual records. Keep individual transactions separate from aggregated market statistics. Historical prices, views and saves are research signals—not verified buyer demand, an appraisal or a promise of future returns.
Questions or a correction?
Open NOBIAT’s menu and choose Contact us to report a possible building, coordinate or data error. Include the building or project name and the field that looks incorrect. If you have a source supporting the correction, describe it in your message. Avoid sending identity documents or other unnecessary personal information.
